Twin sisters Tracy Tredoux and Andy Daly started off their professional careers as lawyers, but now practice Nutritional Therapy based on the Functional Medicine Model. They are both BANT registered and members of the CNHC and in April will be accredited with the Institute of Functional Medicine. They will talk about stress and gut health, and will encourage an inter-active discussion around these topics. Aruna Khanzada, who is an independent Thermomix adviser, will be using her Thermomix to demonstrate how to prepare and ferment certain foods, as well as how to optimise the nutrients of beneficial cruciferous vegetables.
