Ingredients
- 1½ cups dairy-free milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- dash of cinnamon powder
Assembly Guidelines
To make the smoothie, simply combine all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend for about 20 - 30 seconds, until smooth. You can always add a few ice cubes for a more chilled drink but make sure that your blender is equiped to handle ice.
