Overnight Oats

vernight oats is a filling and nutritious breakfast that you can prepare the previous evening so that it is ready to eat as soon as you wake in the morning. Because there are so many variations and combinations, you need never grow tired of it. This recipe is featured in my TT4Health presentation series, available in my Facebook group.

Serves 1
Choose one ingredient from each category below and mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a mason jar. Feel free to use a blend of different ingredients if you prefer. Put in the fridge overnight and it’s ready for you first thing in the morning.
Base - 40g of:
- Oats
- Quinoa flakes
- Buckwheat flakes
Protein
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 100g plain Greek yoghurt
- 20g chopped nuts
- Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Chia seeds
- Flaxseeds
- Pumpkin seeds
Liquid - 200ml unsweetened:
- Almond milk
- Hemp milk
- Coconut milk
Toppings
- 1 handful frozen
- fresh berries
- 1 chopped apple
- pear
- peach
- nectarine
- 2 chopped plums
- apricots
