Berry and Beetroot Ice Lollies
Summer wouldn't be the same without ice lollies. Fruits and vegetables are perfect ingredients to make these delicious frozen treats in a variety of colours and flavors. Beetroot is full of antioxidants and is a healthy dessert option.
Ingredients
¼ cup of fresh beetroot juice
1 cup of berries
½ cup of water
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture into ice-lolly containers and add the lolly sticks.
Put in the freezer until the mixture is solid.
