Ingredients
1 400ml can unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons raw cacao
Directions
Combine the coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract in a small mixing bowl.
Stir well and then transfer the mixture to an airtight container.
Let it sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
Top with shredded coconut and raw cacao nibs.
